Where applicable, property projects and real-estate activities shall comply with applicable RERA requirements and relevant state rules.
Customers should independently verify the applicable RERA registration details for a project where relevant. We will not represent that a property is RERA registered or compliant unless the applicable status has been verified.

Termination does not automatically cancel contractual obligations already created under separate agreements.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and authorities in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
