KeyOwn Habitat provides an advisory framework to assist renters in transitioning to homeownership through structured savings, credit building, and co-investment models. We act as an advisory and facilitation platform, not as a direct lender or real estate developer.
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the assessment process. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
The calculations and projections provided by the Rent vs. Asset Calculator are estimates based on assumed market variables (e.g., 10% rent escalation, 11.2% co-investment yield). Actual results may vary. All investments carry inherent risks, and past performance does not guarantee future returns.
KeyOwn Habitat charges a standard advisory fee upon the successful transition to homeownership and facilitation of your mortgage, as outlined in your personalized transition blueprint agreement. There are no hidden upfront advisory fees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeyOwn Habitat Systems Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
